fso-usaged-htc software package provides freesmartphone.org usage daemon for HTC devices, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fso-usaged-htc
fso-usaged-htc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fso-usaged-htc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fso-usaged-htc *
You will get with fso-usaged-htc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
